Earlier in the year we hosted the inaugural Short Marine x Grady-White Open Day. It was a 40+ degree day, blowing 30 knots, which made it perfect conditions for getting out and sea-trialling boats. We had 12 different models on display for people jump on board and get a feel for what makes these boats so special. It was a jam packed day of great value which included guest speakers who were there to educate and talk about boating and fishing. Fishing media personality Al McGlasson and Grady-White’s own Eric Sorensen then officially opened the day and welcomed all attendees. We then headed out for the first session of sea trials before coming back for electronics workshop with Mark Reid from Furuno and an educational talk from the Yamaha Representative on the benefits of the Helm Master system. We then went out for the second session of sea trials before coming back for networking drinks. It was a great day and we look forward to hosting the next Open Day later in the year.
